“Delegation From World Bank Visits GCMHP”
A delegation from the World Bank has visited recently Gaza Community Mental Health Programme to discuss the mental health situation in the Gaza Strip.
The delegation which included Mr Arden Filin, an economist for the Middle East and North Africa region, and Ms Alia Aghajanian, an economist with World Bank’s Poverty and Equity Global Practice, Middle East and North Africa Unit, was received by GCMHP Director General, Dr Yasser Abu Jamei.
During their meeting, the the study issued by the World Bank in partnership with the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics about the psychological conditions of the population in Palestine in the year 2022 was discussed.
