Personnel Department

 Goals of the Department:

 The major goal of Personnel Department is to constitute a stabilized interactive working power in correspondence with the qualified personnel who desire their work as an administrative activity. This activity is concerned with identifying work needs and programs for the working power and providing them with adequate skills and proficiencies as well as coordinating the benefits of this power to the ultimate levels of adequacy.

Activities of the Department:

  1.  Preparing rules and regulations and providing special models of the personnel's affairs in accordance with general policies of the Programme and labor's law.
  2. Providing specialized humanitarian resources and allocating each worker in the proper place.
  3. Designation the personnel according to the Programme's regulations.
  4. Implementation of the rules and regulations that are concerned with the personnel's rights and duties.
  5. Analysis and classification of the jobs and preparation of the tasks for the personnel.
  6. Coordination and provision of work means and tools.
  7. Training of personnel to do any new works they are assigned to do.
  8. Cooperation and enhancement of group participation in the administration.
  9. Explanation of the work rules and regulations for the personnel.
  10. Helping in observation of work expenses within the administration.
  11. Following up of the personnel's occupational role in the work and setting necessary reports in this regard.
  12. Protection of all personnel and reassuring them against any work accidents.
 

-So long with the development of the personnel's jobs in the Programme, and creation of an independent department for the personnel after it was connected with the administration of administrative and personnel's affairs. In 2002, the concerned in the high administration thought of that to achieve their anticipations for rearrangement on one hand and to satisfy the needs and conditions of the work projects and programmes on the other hand.

-One of the significant factors that affect the internal organization of the members management is the magnitude of projects, increase of personnel number, geographical location of the projects and branches, nature of work in these projects as well as interest of high administration in the projects toward development of relations between personnel in a way that achieve work's activities and general goals in the development. The more significance paid to relationship with personnel, the more development in the members' administration within the organizational structure.

The magnitude of members' administration and activities' organization is based on the number of working members in such projects and on the scope of members' affairs programme and the interests based on relevant jobs.

-Since the number of personnel in the department is only 2, it offer services for 220 permanent and temporary workers, trainers and volunteers. Further, it looks forward to increase its staff, in correspondence with the required work, and satisfy the personnel's needs perfectly and developing performance in the programme.
